When I was gifted a bottle of Stellacello I immediately fell in love with it. This is a modern grapefruit liqueur, a twist on limoncello, that fulfills the ‘liqueur but not sickly sweet ‘ need.
When drunk over ice it’s bitter & sweet, syrupy & sharp and full of citrus-oil & pith so it will get your tastebuds going and lips fizzing.
When drunk mixed with some fizz (Prosecco is perfect) it adds body & bitterness and makes a delicious combination.
